Foundations Kenya Holiday Raffle Rules:
- TO ENTER. From December 1, 2025 until December 15, 2025 (“Entry Period”), entrants may enter the Foundations Kenya Holiday Raffly by purchasing a raffle ticket—1 for $25 or 5 for $100, payable to Foundations Kenya and completing a registration form which will include name, complete address, city, state, zip code, e-mail address (if available), and telephone number. There is no limit on the number of raffle tickets that an eligible person may purchase, but no more than 200 tickets will be sold.
- OFFICIAL DRAWING. The official drawing will take place on December 16, 2025 at approximately 08:00PM.
- The Raffle is sponsored by Foundations Kenya, a Texas non-profit corporation, 606 Burleson St, Brenham TX 77833 (“Sponsor”). All decisions of the Sponsor are final.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
An eligible entrant may only enter via the ticket purchasing methods as described above. Incomplete entries are void. By participating in the Raffle, you fully and unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements set forth herein. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Sponsor as final and binding as it relates to the Raffle. You agree that Sponsor shall retain full authority, in its sole discretion, to interpret and administer these Official Rules, and you agree to be bound by all decisions and interpretations made in good faith by Sponsor, or its designee. All entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. Neither Sponsor nor advertising and promotion agencies are responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or any other error or malfunction, or late, lost, illegible or misdirected entries. Entry materials that have been tampered with or altered are void. No copies, facsimiles, or reproductions of entries will be accepted.
DETERMINATION OF WINNER.
A random drawing will be conducted on December 16, 2025 to randomly select one (1) entry from among all eligible entries received per prize, for a total of three (3) winners. Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received, not to exceed 1 in 200. The winner need not be present to win. The winner will be notified by telephone, mail, and/or email. Each winner will be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility and release, which must be completed and returned within four (4) days of issuance of notification or an alternate winner will be selected. Any attempt to deliberately damage the content or operation of this Raffle is unlawful and subject to legal action by the Sponsor or its agents. TICKETS (PRIZES) ARE NON-TRANSFERABLE AND CANNOT BE SOLD.
PRIZES.
The grand prize winner will receive one (1) pair of Christian Louboutin “Kate” pumps in shiny textured leather in size 8. Retail value is $845 courtesy of Neiman Marcus, Austin.
Prizes may be exchanged for an alternative size of the same style shoe within 30 days of being notified of winning. No substitution or cash redemption of any Prize, or any portion thereof, is allowed, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another prize of equal or greater value. Sponsor is not responsible for any inability of any winner to accept or use any Prize (or portion thereof) for any reason. No more than the stated Prize(s) will be awarded. Limit of one (1) Prize per family/household/address. Winner is solely responsible for all unspecified costs and expenses associated with Prize acceptance and use. Transfer of Prize is not permitted without the permission of Sponsor which may be granted or withheld in its sole discretion and without liability of any kind. A Prize value as stated represents Sponsor’s good faith determination of approximate retail value of prizes.
ELIGIBILITY.
The Raffle is open to legal residents of the State of Texas, United States, who are physically located in the State of Texas, United States and who are 18 years of age or older at time of purchase. The Raffle is void where prohibited. Employees and Directors of the Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible to win the either prize. Immediate family is defined as, through either blood or marriage, one degree of familial relationship (including in-laws and step-family), such as your spouse, your siblings, your parents, and your children. Immediate family does not include other family members (including in-laws and step-family), such as grandchildren, grandparents, nieces, or nephews.
- WINNER’S NAME. For the name of the prize winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Foundations Kenya, ATTN: Raffle Winner’s Name, 606 Burleson St., Brenham, TX 77833.

- TAXES. All applicable federal, state, and local tax associated with winning the prize in the Raffle will be the sole responsibility of the winner. Each winner agrees to complete and submit to Sponsor any documentation needed to report the raffle prize to the appropriate tax authority(ies). Ticket purchasers are advised to consult their own tax advisors with respect to tax liabilities that may arise from winning a prize in the Raffle.
- LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS. Sponsor, its employees and its Directors, will not be responsible for or liable to any prize winner, winner’s family, or estate for any submissions of entries that are lost, late, illegible, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect. Sponsor can, at any time it chooses without notice or recourse, decide to terminate or modify the Raffle if the integrity of the Raffle appears to be compromised. If the Raffle is cancelled, or otherwise cannot be run as intended, all monies paid for raffle tickets as of the date of cancellation will be returned to entrants. Decisions of the Sponsor related to the winner, interpretation of official rules, and other matters related to this Raffle are final.
Sponsor makes no warranty of any nature with respect to the raffle or the prize, whether in respect of fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality or otherwise. Entrants acknowledge that, except as specifically set forth herein, Sponsor has not made and disclaims all liability for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, related to the raffle or the prize. By accepting the prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, its directors, employees, officers, or agents, from any and all liability, loss, or personal or property damages arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with the awarding, receipt, accepting, using or misusing of the prize or participation in any prize-related activities.
- HOLD HARMLESS. By participating, you agree to hold harmless the Sponsor, and any of their subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agencies from any liability whatsoever, and waive and release such parties from any and all causes of action, for any claims, costs, injuries, losses, or damages of any kind (including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses, and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether intentional or unintentional) arising out of or in connection with the event or acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of the Prize, or participation in the Raffle or Raffle-related activity, whether under a theory of contract, torts (including, without limitation, negligence), warranty, or any other theory or cause of action.
- GOVERNING LAW. This Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. All disputes surrounding the Raffle and any prize awarded hereunder will be subject to the substantive laws of Texas. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
- DISPUTES. This raffle shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Raffle, you agree that any and all disputes which cannot be resolved between the parties and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Raffle, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively before a court located in Dallas County Texas having jurisdiction. Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will you be permitted to obtain awards for, and you hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, other than your actual out-of-pocket expenses, and you further waive all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.
- GENERAL. Winner consents to the use of his or her name, biographical information, photographs and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited. Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility qualifications of the winner. Purchased tickets are not tax deductible nor considered a donation to the Sponsor.
